The following one doesn’t (at least not yet) seem to be available on DVD. The company which released it is 1pondo and the video is available for download from their website (click on the banner). Unfortunately right now only on their Japanese site and not yet on the English one, but perhaps it will be soon there as well. And it is in HD!
